Garbled messages of spirit
Cultural bias away from mainstream religion would seem to be positive by its rejection of dogma. A certain drawback of this rejection is the matching elimination of such concepts as the soul, godhood, etc.
When we reject the concept of divinity, we also shunt aside our own immortality. What a sadness that Christianity has been so badly garbled in transmission.
